A south-facing productive pasture on the outskirts of Exeter – 3.43 acres.

This 3.43 acre paddock has been well maintained and routinely managed. The grass ley is permanent pasture, however management records show previous applications of chemical and organic fertilisers which has kept the grassland productive. Access is directly off Tick Lane and has been marked with two red parallel lines on the sale plan. The boundaries consist of traditional Devonshire banked-hedges and natural scrub. More recently these boundaries have been stock fenced.
