Lot 1 – Land at Thornwood Farm

LOCATION Thornwood Farm is within walking distance of the village of Tedburn St Mary, only eight miles east from Dartmoor, just off the A30 dual carriageway. The surrounding landscape is undulating and the land has stunning views over the rolling open countryside. Tedburn is a small rural village with a population of around 1,500. There is a village store, school, two pubs, as well as a number of local businesses.

DESCRIPTION Four lots of grassland totalling 8.61 acres with access off Crediton Road. There are areas planted with three year old whips, used for the production of woodland eggs, however these could easily be removed as they are not in any woodland grant scheme.
