LOCATION The paddock is located within the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is only one mile from the holiday town of St Merryn with its motto of ‘Seven Bays for Seven Days’. The land is adjacent to the busy and popular Higher Harlyn Park which provides excellent camping, caravan and touring holidays. Padstow, only 3 miles away provides all local amenities and a large range of tourist attractions. The A30 is half an hour away and provides excellent transport links further into Cornwall or East to the Cathedral city of Exeter and the M5.
DESCRIPTION 125′ x 100′ enclosure of level pasture, totalling 0.29 acres (0.11 hectares), lying approximately 150′ (46 metres) above sea level. The land would lend itself to a number of uses including camping, horticulture or general amenity use, subject to the usual consents. The paddock is stock proof fenced with hedges sheltering the land from the North and West. There are uninterrupted views over the adjoining farmland to the East. A reportedly rarely used public footpath runs within the North Eastern boundary.
