The units if sold to your clients, which will entitle you to receive the introductory commission, are all the units shown on the current Lot Register below being entered into the Tender on 2nd February. This Lot Register is live and there are daily additions to it and you will need to check with us first whether additional units added also have the offer of this introductory commission. You will also be entitled to receive the introductory commission on the units listed below on the “BNG AVAILABLE BY PRIVATE TREATY…” table. This will also be updated and therefore contact us again to check if there have been any additions.
The offer of the introductory commission remains subject to completion of any unit sale including the client receiving the sale proceeds and you providing an appropriate invoice. Please note that other units from other clients will not include this offer and we suggest you seek clarification first from us as to which of our clients’ units have this offer.
