The RPA announced on the afternoon of Monday the 31st  March that they will be date-stamping RLE1s received at RPA offices/sites up to the 2nd April, before sending them by normal post to their PO Box in Sheffield. Subsequently if they are received at the PO Box after the 2nd April deadline they will be considered to have been received as on the date they were stamped at an RPA office.

We will therefore be able to trade this Wednesday, the 2nd April.

Extra Risk
However it should be noted the RPA are saying they will not issue a receipt when the RLE1’s are handed in to their offices and there will be no tracking system when posted to Sheffield. This makes this option risky, therefore we will still be sending the forms by Royal Mail Special Delivery up to the 1st April.
